Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

A 10 percent restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. This fee covers processing, inspection, and restocking costs. Restocking fees do not apply to damaged or incorrect items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include custom or personalized items, sale items, gift cards, and items that show signs of use.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
